Return Conditions

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags intact.

Return Process

Contact support → submit order number and reason → approval → ship item back → refund processed.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the return.

Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping for quality issues; buyers cover it for other reasons.
